【利用規約】
■ 規約の適用
本規約は、MyRooteの利用条件を定めるものであり、利用者は本規約に同意しない限り、本アプリを利用することはできません。本アプリへのアクセスまたは利用を開始した時点で、利用者は本規約の全ての条項に同意したものとみなします。本規約の内容に同意できない場合、利用者は本アプリを利用することはできません。
■ 年度の定義
本規約における「年度」とは、毎年3月1日午前0時から翌年2月末日までの期間を指します。
■ 利用資格
本アプリは、以下の者に対して利用を許可します。
株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室、ならびに株式会社土佐アカデミーと提携関係にある学習塾に所属する生徒およびその保護者、ならびに株式会社土佐アカデミーが実施する試験を受験した生徒およびその保護者、季節講座の受講生およびその保護者、ならびに体験授業を受講した生徒およびその保護者。当社が発行するIDおよびパスワードによる認証を受けた者のみが本アプリを利用できます。
■ 親権者の同意
未成年者は、親権者の同意を得た上でのみ本アプリを利用できるものとします。
■ アカウント管理義務
利用者は、認証情報を自己の責任において厳重に管理し、第三者への開示、貸与、譲渡、共有その他一切の処分をしてはなりません。
当社は、IDおよびパスワードを年度ごとに変更します。利用者は、当社が指定する方法に従い、新たな認証情報を使用するものとします。
■ 端末の管理に関する責任
利用者は、本アプリを利用する端末を自己の責任において管理するものとします。端末の紛失、盗難、第三者による不正使用その他の事情により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
■ 禁止行為
利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
・他人のIDまたはパスワードを使用してログインする行為
・第三者になりすまして本アプリを利用する行為
・不正アクセスを行う行為、またはその試み
・虚偽の情報を登録する行為
・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
・不正な方法によりポイントを取得しようとする行為
・ポイントを不正に改ざん、移転、売買する行為
■ チャット機能の利用
本アプリには、株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室、および当社と提携関係にある教室との間で連絡を行うためのチャット機能があります。本機能の利用にあたっては、各教室が定める運用ルールおよび指示に従うものとします。当社は、以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、当該機能の利用を制限し、または停止することがあります。
・当該教室が定める利用ルールに違反した場合
・不適切な内容の送信、迷惑行為、または教室運営に支障を与える行為が認められた場合
・その他、当社が不適切と判断した場合
当社は、チャット機能の内容について、システム保守、安全管理、不正防止その他運用上必要な範囲において確認・記録を行うことがあります。
■ アカウントの削除
利用者は、当社所定の手続きにより、自己のアカウントの削除を申し出ることができます。当社は、本人確認の上、合理的な期間内に対応します。
■ 削除後のデータの取扱い
アカウント削除後は、当該アカウントに紐づく情報の復元はできません。
■ 利用停止および登録抹消
当社は、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、事前の通知を行うことなく、利用の全部または一部を停止し、または登録を抹消することができます。
・他人のIDまたはパスワードを使用してログインした事実が確認された場合
・不正アクセスまたはその試みが確認された場合
・登録情報に虚偽があることが判明した場合
・本規約に重大に違反した場合
■ 成績情報の閲覧期間
株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室に在籍する生徒については、在籍期間中に限り、成績情報を閲覧できるものとします。
また、株式会社土佐アカデミーが実施する試験のみを受験した生徒については、当該試験を受験した年度内に限り成績情報を閲覧できるものとします。ただし、当該生徒が継続して毎月試験を受験している場合は、この限りではありません。
当社は、当該閲覧可能期間の経過後、予告なく当該情報の閲覧制限または削除を行うことができるものとします。
利用者が退塾した場合、システム仕様や運用上の都合により、再入塾時に過去の成績情報その他のデータを引き継ぎできない場合があります。
株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室間の異動に伴う場合については、原則としてデータの引き継ぎを行いますが、技術的または運用上やむを得ない事由により一部のデータを引き継ぎできない場合があります。
■ ポイントに関する規定
本アプリ上で管理されるポイントは、株式会社土佐アカデミーが独自に付与するものであり、現金その他の有価物とは交換できません。ポイントの付与および利用の対象となる利用者は、当社があらかじめ指定した条件を満たす利用者に限られます。すべての利用者に対してポイントの付与または利用の権利を保証するものではありません。ポイントは、当社が定める条件に従い、景品との交換にのみ利用できるものとします。ポイントは、現金、電子マネー、有価証券その他いかなる経済的価値とも交換することはできません。当社は、提供する景品の品質、安全性、有用性等についていかなる保証も行いません。景品の使用または利用により生じた事故、損害、トラブルについて、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
当社は、ポイントの付与条件、利用条件、交換条件を予告なく変更することがあります。当社は、システム障害、データ消失、運用上の都合その他の理由により、ポイントが消失または失効した場合であっても、これについて補償義務を負わないものとします。当社は、ポイント制度の全部または一部を、事前の予告なく変更または終了することがあります。ポイント制度が終了した場合、未使用のポイントはすべて失効するものとします。
■ ポイントの有効期限
当社が付与するポイントは、利用者が株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室に在籍している期間中のみ有効とします。退塾、または利用資格を喪失した時点で、未使用のポイントは自動的に失効するものとします。
■ 景品の在庫および提供に関する注意
景品は在庫状況等により、予告なく内容の変更または提供の中止を行うことがあります。在庫切れその他の理由により希望する景品と交換できない場合であっても、当社はこれにより生じた損害について補償義務を負いません。また、当社は、代替景品の提供または当社が相当と判断する方法により対応することがあります。
■ 認証情報の更新
当社は、年度の切替等に伴い、利用者の認証情報（IDおよびパスワード）を無効化し、新たな認証情報への変更を求めることがあります。
■ 不可抗力による免責
通信回線の障害、サーバ障害、停電、自然災害、その他当社の責めに帰すことのできない事由により本アプリの利用が不能または中断した場合であっても、当社はこれにより生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
■ サービスの停止・変更
当社は、保守作業、システム障害、災害その他やむを得ない事由により、事前の通知なく本アプリの提供を停止または変更することがあります。
■ 免責
当社および当社が運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室、ならびに当社と提携関係にある事業者は、本アプリに保存された成績情報、学習履歴その他一切のデータについて、バックアップ体制の有無を問わず、その完全性、正確性、継続的な保存を保証するものではありません。
利用者は、自己の責任において必要な情報を保存・管理するものとし、当社は、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、データの消失、破損、改ざん、漏えいその他本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因して生じたいかなる損害（直接損害、間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益、機会損失を含みますが、これらに限りません）についても一切の責任を負いません。
■ 画面内容の取扱い
利用者は、本アプリ上に表示される画面内容、成績情報、教材データ等について、私的に利用する目的で保存することができます。ただし、当社の事前の承諾なく、これらを第三者へ公開、転載、複製、配布してはなりません。
■ 知的財産権
本アプリに関するプログラム、文章、画像、設計、データ等の一切の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
■ 生体認証の利用
本アプリは、利用者の端末に搭載された生体認証機能（指紋認証、顔認証等）を本人確認の補助手段として利用する場合があります。生体認証の利用は任意であり、当社は生体情報の取得、保存、管理を行いません。
■ 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約の内容を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内への掲示または当社が適切と判断する方法により通知した時点から効力を生じるものとし、利用者が利用を継続した場合、当該変更に同意したものとみなします。
■ 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する一切の紛争については、当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

【Terms of Service】
■ Application of the Terms
These Terms govern the conditions for use of MyRoote. Users may not use the App unless they agree to these Terms. Accessing or using the App constitutes agreement to all provisions herein.
■ Definition of Academic Year
“Academic Year” means the period from 12:00 a.m. on March 1 to the end of February of the following year.
■ Eligibility
The App is available only to students and guardians affiliated with classrooms operated or franchised by the Company, affiliated educational institutions, examinees of tests administered by the Company, participants in seasonal courses or trial lessons, and their guardians.
Only users authenticated with an ID and password issued by the Company may use the App.
■ Parental Consent
Minors may use the App only with the consent of a legal guardian.
■ Account Management
Users must manage their authentication information at their own responsibility and must not disclose, lend, transfer, or share such information with third parties.
The Company changes IDs and passwords on an annual basis. Users must use updated credentials in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
■ Device Management
Users are responsible for managing devices used to access the App. The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from loss, theft, or unauthorized use of devices.
■ Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following acts:
• Logging in using another person’s credentials
• Impersonating others
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Registering false information
• Disrupting App operations
• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Illegitimately acquiring, altering, transferring, or trading points
■ Chat Function
The App includes a chat function for communication with affiliated classrooms. Users must comply with rules established by each classroom.
The Company may restrict or suspend use of the chat function if violations, inappropriate conduct, or operational interference are identified.
The Company may review and record chat content to the extent necessary for system maintenance, safety management, and fraud prevention.
■ Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company. The Company will respond within a reasonable period after identity verification.
■ Data After Deletion
Information associated with a deleted account cannot be restored.
■ Suspension or Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate use of the App without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
■ Viewing Period for Academic Records
Students enrolled in classrooms operated or franchised by the Company may view academic records only during the enrollment period.
Students who have taken only Company-administered tests may view records only within the relevant Academic Year, unless monthly testing continues.
After the permitted period, access may be restricted or deleted without prior notice.
In the event of withdrawal and re-enrollment, past records may not be transferable due to system or operational constraints.
In cases of transfer between classrooms, data will generally be transferred; however, some data may not be transferable due to technical or operational reasons.
■ Points Program
Points managed within the App are non-monetary incentives granted solely at the discretion of the Company. Points may be used only for exchange with rewards designated by the Company and have no cash value.
The Company does not guarantee reward quality, safety, or usefulness and assumes no liability for damages arising from reward use.
Point conditions may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. Unused points expire upon termination of the program.
■ Expiration of Points
Points are valid only while the user remains eligible. Upon withdrawal or loss of eligibility, unused points expire automatically.
■ Force Majeure
The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from communication failures, system outages, power failures, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
■ Service Suspension or Changes
The Company may suspend or modify the App without prior notice due to maintenance, system failures, or unavoidable circumstances.
■ Disclaimer
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company assumes no liability for data loss, corruption, leakage, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
■ Use of Screen Content
Users may save App screen content for personal use only. Disclosure, reproduction, or distribution to third parties without prior consent of the Company is prohibited.
■ Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
■ Biometric Authentication
The App may use biometric authentication functions available on user devices as an optional supplementary verification method. The Company does not collect or store biometric information.
■ Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
■ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
