【プライバシーポリシー】
■ はじめに
MyRoote（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社土佐アカデミー（以下「当社」）が提供する学習支援アプリです。当社は、生徒および保護者に関する個人情報を極めて機密性の高い情報資産と位置づけ、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令および指針を遵守し、厳格な管理体制のもとで取り扱います。
■ 取得する情報
当社は、本アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、以下の情報を取得します。氏名、生年月日、学校名、学年、成績情報（点数、順位、偏差値等）、志望校情報、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、ログイン用IDおよびパスワード、ポイント、利用履歴情報。これに加え、FirebaseおよびAWSの利用に伴い、IPアドレス、端末識別情報、OS情報、ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時、操作記録等の技術情報を取得することがあります。顔写真の取得は行いません。
当社は、端末機能としての生体認証（指紋認証、顔認証等）を認証手段として利用する場合がありますが、当社は生体情報そのものを取得、保存、保有することはありません。生体認証の判定処理は利用者端末のOS機能により行われます。
また、当社は、行動記録に基づき付与されるポイント情報および景品交換履歴等のインセンティブ関連情報を取得・管理します。
■ 利用目的
当社は、取得した個人情報を、学習指導、成績管理、保護者への報告、学習成果の解析、本人確認、不正利用の検知および防止、ポイントの付与・管理および景品交換の運営、システムの保守・運用・改善、法令上の義務の履行の目的に限定して利用します。
また、当社が実施する模擬試験、季節講座その他の教育サービスに関する案内、連絡および情報提供の目的において、本アプリを通じて通知を行う場合があります。
■ チャット機能に関する情報の取得
本アプリには、利用者と所属教室との間でメッセージの送受信を行うチャット機能があります。当社は当該機能の提供に伴い、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
チャットの送信内容、送受信日時、送信者および宛先識別情報、既読情報、システム管理のための操作履歴情報。
これらの情報は、サービス提供、安全管理、トラブル防止および運用改善の目的に限り利用されます。
■ 業務委託
当社は、本アプリの運用にあたり、FirebaseおよびAWS等のクラウドサービスを利用し、個人情報の保存および処理を行います。これらのサービスにより、データが日本国外に設置されたサーバで保存・処理される場合があります。当社は、当該サービス事業者の定める利用条件および個人情報保護に関する規定に基づき、適切な管理を行います。
当社は、クラウド事業者のシステム障害、不正アクセス等により発生した損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
■ データの保存期間
当社は、個人情報を、利用目的の達成およびサービスの継続的な提供のために必要な期間、または法令に基づき保存が必要とされる期間、保持します。ただし、システムの維持管理、法令遵守、セキュリティ確保その他運用上の必要がある場合には、当社の判断により、予告なく保存期間を変更し、または削除を行うことがあります。また、利用者から保存情報の削除を求められた場合であっても、法令上の義務または当社の正当な運営上の必要により、削除できない場合があります。
■ 情報の正確性に関する注意
本アプリ上に表示される成績情報、順位、偏差値その他の分析情報は、正確性および完全性の確保に努めておりますが、その内容の完全性、正確性、最新性を保証するものではありません。
■ 安全管理措置
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、滅失等のリスクに対し、通信の暗号化、アクセス権限管理、認証制御、監査記録の取得その他、合理的かつ必要な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。
■ 端末バックアップに関する注意
当社は、本アプリに保存された情報が、利用者の端末に設定されたバックアップ機能（iCloud、Googleバックアップ等）により端末外へ保存されることについて関与せず、これにより生じた情報漏えい、消失、第三者利用等の損害について一切の責任を負いません。
■ セキュリティ事案発生時の措置
個人情報の漏えい、不正アクセス、マルウェア感染その他のセキュリティ事案が発生した場合、当社は速やかに事実関係を確認し、被害拡大防止措置および再発防止策を講じます。
■ 第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合、本人または親権者の明示的同意がある場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
■ 共同利用
当社は、本アプリの運営および学習指導の目的に限り、株式会社土佐アカデミーが運営またはフランチャイズ展開する教室、ならびに提携関係にある学習塾との間で、利用者の個人情報を共同利用することがあります。
■ 開示等の請求
本人または親権者から、個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除の請求があった場合には、本人確認の上、法令に基づき適切に対応します。
■ 未成年者の情報
本アプリは、未成年者が利用することを前提としたサービスです。親権者の同意がない場合、当社は未成年者の利用を制限または停止する権限を有します。
■ クッキー等の利用
当社は、セキュリティ確保およびシステム運用上必要な範囲において、クッキー類似技術およびログ管理機構を使用します。
■ 改定
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正、社会情勢の変化、運用実態の変更等に応じて、事前の予告なく改定される場合があります。改定後の内容は本アプリ内に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
■ 問い合わせ
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、当社公式Webサイトに設置された問い合わせフォーム、または当社が運営または提携する教室における対面の方法により受け付けます。

【Privacy Policy】
■ Introduction
MyRoote (the “App”) is a learning support application provided by Tosa Academy Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
The Company regards personal information relating to students and their guardians as highly confidential information assets and handles such information under a strict management framework in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and all other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
■ Information Collected
The Company collects personal information only to the extent necessary for operating the App. Such information includes name, date of birth, school name, grade, academic records (scores, rankings, deviation scores, etc.), preferred schools, address, telephone number, email address, login ID and password, points, and usage history.
In connection with the use of Firebase and AWS, the Company may also collect technical information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system information, browser information, access dates and times, and operation logs.
The Company does not collect facial photographs.
The App may use biometric authentication functions available on user devices (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) as a means of authentication. The Company does not collect, store, or retain any biometric information. All biometric authentication processing is performed by the operating system of the user’s device.
The Company also collects and manages incentive-related information, including points granted based on activity records and reward redemption histories.
■ Purpose of Use
The Company uses personal information solely for the following purposes:
• Learning guidance and academic support
• Academic record management
• Reporting to guardians
• Analysis of learning outcomes
• Identity verification
• Detection and prevention of fraudulent use
• Granting, managing, and operating points and reward exchanges
• System maintenance, operation, and improvement
• Compliance with legal obligations
The Company may also provide notifications through the App regarding mock examinations, seasonal courses, and other educational services offered by the Company.
■ Information Related to the Chat Function
The App includes a chat function that allows users to exchange messages with their affiliated classrooms. In connection with this function, the Company may collect the following information:
• Message content
• Dates and times of sending and receiving
• Sender and recipient identifiers
• Read-status information
• Operation logs for system administration
Such information is used solely for service provision, safety management, prevention of trouble, and operational improvement.
■ Outsourcing
The Company uses cloud services such as Firebase and AWS to store and process personal information. As a result, data may be stored or processed on servers located outside Japan.
The Company manages such data appropriately in accordance with the terms of use and data protection policies of the relevant service providers.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by system failures, unauthorized access, or other incidents attributable to cloud service providers.
■ Data Retention Period
The Company retains personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or as required by applicable laws.
For system maintenance, legal compliance, security, or other operational reasons, the Company may change retention periods or delete data without prior notice.
Even if a user requests deletion of stored information, the Company may be unable to delete certain information due to legal obligations or legitimate operational needs.
■ Accuracy of Information
The Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy of academic records, rankings, deviation scores, and analytical information displayed in the App. However, the Company does not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
■ Security Measures
The Company implements reasonable and necessary technical and organizational security measures, including encryption of communications, access control, authentication management, and audit logging, to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or loss of personal information.
■ Device Backup Disclaimer
The Company is not involved in the storage of App data outside the user’s device through backup functions enabled by the user (such as iCloud or Google Backup). The Company assumes no responsibility for data leakage, loss, or third-party use arising therefrom.
■ Response to Security Incidents
In the event of a personal information breach, unauthorized access, malware infection, or other security incident, the Company will promptly investigate the facts and implement measures to prevent further damage and recurrence.
■ Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, where explicit consent has been obtained from the user or legal guardian, or where necessary to protect life, body, or property.
■ Joint Use
For the purpose of App operation and learning guidance only, the Company may jointly use personal information among classrooms operated or franchised by the Company and affiliated educational institutions.
■ Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion
If a user or legal guardian requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws after verifying identity.
■ Information of Minors
The App is intended for use by minors. The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend use if parental consent is not obtained.
■ Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Company uses cookie-like technologies and log management mechanisms to the extent necessary for security and system operation.
■ Amendments
This Privacy Policy may be revised without prior notice due to changes in laws, social conditions, or operational practices. The revised policy becomes effective upon posting within the App.
